Thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback, this really is invaluable as it helps us improve in areas we may be lacking.
I was very sorry to hear that a member of my team upset you and you have my assurance that this has been dealt with and the person concerned, no longer works at this Hostel. I take on board your comments re Breakfast and will look at improving where possible, bearing in mind we are a Backpacker's Hostel and no other here in Brighton actually provide Breakfast free of charge, I appreciate your comments though.
As for the type of Mattresses we have here, I have been assured that these are the best on the market, especially when it comes to preventing such things as Bed Bugs, which many other properties tend to get, we thankfully have no such problem. Again however, I appreciate your comments and thank you again for taking the time to post your feedback.
