We booked this hostel for the first two nights of our trip not knowing what it would be like. After arriving in Cancun and checking out the other hostels we decided to continue our stay with Haina. They had the best rates, were definitely the cleanest (by far!), and were very welcoming. There weren't really any activities at the hostel but it was right downtown and we had plenty to do in the neighbourhood. The staff were great and even taught me a bit of Spanish.
