MCA Hotel-Dali in Dali, China

We stayed in this hostel in the summer of 09. The staff was unhelpful, unwelcoming, lazy, and rude. Every time we asked a question we were told no--either we can\'t help you or we don\'t have that. ALmost everything on the menu was not available. The atmosphere was pretty but run down. It must have been a really nice hostel at one time but now the pool is full of algae and dogs jump out of random bushes to growl at unsuspecting guests. The overall vibe was a little strange.
