The staff was friendly, but unless the receptionists were around (the weren't at all times), communicating in English was difficult. The manager was polite but that was not enough to appreciate his general attitude. Lots of extra charges for everything and bad arrangements with the parking at the hotel's (terrible) garage. The hotel is in a good location...walking distance from the center, and just next to the zoo, so its easy to arrive...the breakfast should have at least a glass of juice ! JUAN FELIPE, from Colombia ~ 11th Aug 2009
