Ueber Guilin Oasis Inn
Guilin Oasis Inn is a small, family-style inn located on Guilin's central Zhongshan Road. We welcome independent and business travelers and offer comfortable accommodation in private rooms and dormitories. En-suite or shared bathrooms are available, and in-room facilities include wireless internet access, television and air conditioning.
Our prime central location puts us within walking distance of a number of sights: 5 minutes to the Zhongshan Road night market, Rong Lake and Sha Lake and 10 minutes to Trunk Hill (the symbol of Guilin). We are also less than 2km from the main bus and railway stations. Free transfers around the city are available at the hostel.
We offer a range of services and facilities including a common room with satellite television, a bar, café and à la carte restaurant, a tours desk, a mini-library, luggage storage, currency exchange and 24-hour reception. Good place and cheap, but you get what you pay for. Room was clean and also the toilet but I did find lots of very litle cockroaches everywhere, mind that, by the looks of the city that seem to be the way everywhere. I would recomend this place for location, price, price of the trips they offered (up to 200 yuan cheaper than other places). But if you don't like insects find proper hotels.
