we didn't stay here. The place was locked up even though we'd said when we'd be arriving. Had to find alternative accommodation late at night. Would NOT recommend. Haven't checked yet to see if they've taken the money for the first night because we didn't turn up but will challange it as a matter of principle!!!!!

Dear Kat, Sorry for that, actually we wait for your arriving until 1.30am. We thought you are not coming. We don't have overnight staff for waiting till 6.00am For your info, we never taken your 10% deposit but hostelworld.com take it. We only take 90% if you check in here. We also lost two night because we hold for your booking Thanks,

Bathroom situation not good; had to wait while people took showers to use the toliets. Also, three in our group all arriving at different times; all told they would be picked up at the airport and none were. This is the reason each of us cut our time at your place to one night vs. the original 5 or more requested.

Hi Sharon, So sorry what happen with you and your friend jessie and jenny, actually we do the airport pick up but you landed 1/2 hour early, like in your email you said landed 6.55pm but you arrive 6.30pm, than you cannot wait until 6.55pm, follow other travel agent Yes after this we don't offer anymore the airport pick up, sorry for all our guest
