I've rated the actual Vilay guesthouse, but on the night we arrived we were moved to a different one down the street, with rooms that felt like being inside a shipping crate. It was poor form for the Vilay landlord to not honor our reservations when we arrived only 2 hours after the "expected arrival time." and she wanted to charge us the normal price, even though we booked separate beds and all had to share. also, breakfast was not included, and the guesthouse could not accept credit cards, bot amy, from USA ~ 6th Jan 2009
