i was extremely dissapointed that when i arrived there was no one to let me in. i tried calling all the contact numbers given and even sent a text message so as i could be contacted. myself and the person that came over with me were forced to sleep in the airport as we thus had no place to stay. i think this is an absolute disgrace that you would run you business in such a way. i was embarrased to arrive with my friend as i booked the hostel and am very angry that i didnt even recieve a reply to christopher, from Ireland ~ 18th Mar 2009
