The location was excellent, very close to southern cross station.However, upon arrival,mix-up with the room,expecting to singles/1 double, and received bunk beds. Falsely advertised on hotel leaflet and website.A reservation was made by myself for a pickup early the next morning to the airport..but when i returned that night to check the booking, the receptionist had forgotten to put it through, so we had to walk to the station at 5.30am and had to pay a premium price for a bus.
