Apple Hostel in Hong Kong, Thailand

The booking time "AM 0:00,Jan 29th " on the website can be chosen , But the staff dosen't acceptted, so i can't live in the room i chosen at AM 0:00, Jan29th .

The time you put in was 29th 0:0 am which actually was your arrival time. The check-in time for our hostel should be 3:00 pm afternoon on29th, so your room actually was not available until that time. But with your understanding, we have arranged other room for you and price was adjusted as well. Very sorry for any inconvence caused.

Thanks for your comments, but seems the ranking doesn't match with your comments, e.g. 'C' stands for location which you give us the rate '1' which is the lowest.
