Just two things. That place is kind of far from main Pisa Station (more than 30min by foot) and breakfast isn't really rich (toast, jelly and coffee or juice). Otherwise we had a very nice stay there. Super-friendly staff, nice and quiet location, very nice bathroom, comfy (but short) bed and TV in the room... ristorante and COOP market around the corner.
