Staff was fantastic, the reception lady was outstanding, very hard working!! and was happy to help us and answer all our questions. the hotel was very nice, impressed with our room, the location is beautiful and quiet in the country side. It's not really close to the beach if you dont have your own transport, (but bus service is available and good) the hotel is about a 8-10 minute walk away from the center "maliano" so very handy!
