the staff and location were really good! they were happy to help in any way they could and it was 5 mins walk to the centre. BUT we booked a double room with ensuite bathroom- paying quite a bit more than the usual rooms and the bathroom was tiny and smelt terrible- the shower was over the toilet making the smell worse if you used the shower- we ended up using the communal shower for our entire stay which made paying more not really worth it. also the hot water always ran out after a couple of Laura, from England ~ 2nd Dec 2008
