The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us information about buses to the airport and allowing us to leave our bags in reception. Sam, from England ~ 31st Mar 2009

Staff very helpful. Booked a day ahead of the date we were staying due to confusing hostels.com booking system. Were able to have a room ready for us within a few hours. A bit more expensive than we thought as the hostels.com site is in USD, did not realise this until paying for the room. Also the Backpackers were confused as to who hostels.com was.
