In order to ensure that all arrangements are properly made, pick-up services must be requested in writing at least 24 hours before the service is needed. If the client has requested pick-up services in advance or at the time of reservation and provided travel details such as airline and flight information or bus information, the client is required to notify Pirwa in the event of changes to arrival time or place. Pirwa is not responsible for failure to complete a pick-up service in the case of last-minute or unforeseen travel changes.
Please be aware that Pick-up Services are only provided from the hours of 6:50am through 3:50pm (Lima, Peru Time).
Arrival and departure times for accommodation at Pirwa are 11:00a.m. and 10:00am respectively.
The Client is responsible for the behavior of his or her guests at Pirwa.
Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas including restaurant and lounge areas. Guests and Visitors are able to smoke only in the bar areas and open-air patio areas.
All Guests and Visitors must register on arrival and provide photographic identification.
