YOU NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR ARRIVAL TIME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE
It is mandatory that you let us know your exact check in time. If there are any changes to your plans don't hesitate to write an e-mail or call us at least 2 days before. The staff will wait for you up to 1 1/2 HOURS over your confirmed arrival time. If you are delayed, please don't try to arrive at the Guesthouse directly. Call us when you have arrived to Barcelona. We can be there in a few minutes to open the flat for you.

PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL
You have to pay the remaining balance arrival in cash EUROS only. Other currencies are not accepted.

CHECK OUT
Check out is at 11 am, no exceptions.

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE
If your are leaving Barcelona after 11 am check out time, your luggage can be stored in the SANTS Train Station or ESTACIO DEL NORD Bus Station.

48 HRS CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that cancellations must be done by e-mail 48 Hrs. prior to arrival date. Otherwise we are forced to charge for the first night accommodation.

NO SHOW POLICY
There is a two nights accommodation cost no-show fee. All bookings must be canceled by e-mail 48 hours before the arrival day, to avoid a no-show charge. This payment will be charged to your credit card.
