Das Heart of Gold Hostel ist das Raumschiff unter den Berliner Hostels - inspiriert von \"Per Anhalter durch die Galaxis\". Es ist ein einzigartiges, modernes Hostels, das ein wenig wie ein Raumschiff aussieht - aber eigentlich ist es völlig harmlos. Don\'t Panic!
Das Hostel liegt super zentral in Berlin Mitte - nur eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen wie zB. Brandenburger Tor, Synagoge, Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, Museums Insel und viele andere.. Das Jüdische Museum und Checkpoint Charlie erreicht man in 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn.
Das Nachtleben der Oranienburger Straße von Tacheles bis Hackescher Markt ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke.

Lastminute: Etwa 1 Woche vor Anreise werden noch verfügbare Betten ab 10 € angeboten.
Wir haben große und kleine Mehrbettzimmer, aber auch Doppel- und Einzelzimmer, teils mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Es gibt abschließbare Einzel-Bäder auf den Stockwerken mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken.
Außerdem haben wir luxuriöse Apartments für bis zu 10 Personen. Diese Wohnungen von bis zu 150 m² haben 2 bis 3 Zimmer, Küche, 2 Bäder, Terrasse oder Balkon, Aufzug und ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher.
Frühstück gibt es von 8 - 12 Uhr für 3,50 Euro als Buffet.
Die Internet Terminals kann man ab 1 Euro/Stunde zum surfen, telefonieren oder Bilder auf DVD brennen nutzen.
Es gibt einen großen Rezeptionsbereich mit Panorama-Fenstern und eine Bar mit Chesterfield Sofa in entspannter Atmosphäre und eine große Video Leinwand für Filme oder Live-Übertragungen.

We’re your hostel for free stuff in Berlin! We’ve got free Wi-Fi at reception, free coffee and tea from sunrise to sunset, free maps and free English-language guided tours!
We are the most centrally located hostel in downtown Berlin and offer dorms, private cabins and private rooms with showers. Each of our rooms has been painted by a different artist and features tables, chairs, reading lamps, lockers, a mirror, panoramic windows and wheelchair accessibility. Sheets and towels are included but are subject to a €5 deposit.
If you find a better offer for a bed in a hostel in central Berlin than we have, you'll get the same deal with us plus 10% extra discount.

Our €4 all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is served from 8am to noon.
Guests enjoy 10 minutes of free internet access! Further internet is available from only €1 per hour.
Our relaxed bar has a comfy Chesterfield sofa and cheap beers (bottled and draught) plus Jaegermeister on tap and much more...have fun! Our cheap beers start at just €1! Snacks and drinks are also available at the bar and there’s more nightlife just around the corner.
Our reception desk is open 24hrs and we have keycard access, a free safe and a free secure luggage room with lockers so you can always feel secure. The large reception area has panoramic windows.
We have movie nights on our large video screen, plus a pool table, foosball and a yard and garden where you can hang out when the weather’s suitable. You can also rent sunglasses and buy phone cards from us.
Our friendly and helpful staff will do their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible in one of the most hospitable (and wheelchair-friendly) starships in Berlin.

Special conditions for the New Years 2012/2013 period (28th December to 31 December): There is a minimum stay of five nights during this period. We cannot facilitate check-out on January 1st, 2013. Bookings must be prepaid by credit card by December 10th, 2012.
