You can cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your date of arrival. Cancellations must be in writing by e-mail. For late or no cancellation you will be billed one nights accommodation.

Reception-hours: 8am -11:30am and 3pm - 10pm

If you arrive in the morning before 12 noon, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us until checkin :-)
The rooms are ready for you after 15:00

From the train station: take tram nr. 9 towards 'Guisanplatz'. Get off at the 2nd stop 'Zytglogge'. Walk into 'Rathausgasse' - you see the hostel on the right side of Rathausgasse (after about 20 meters).

Or if you prefer to walk:
From the train station walk down Spitalgasse and Marktgasse. At the end of Marktgasse is the 'Zytglogge' (clock tower), to its left you see McDonald's. Turn left and walk towards the bridge for 50 meters; turn right into Rathausgasse .
