Being a hostel, its an average place. I would recommend you have your own blanket and stuff \'cause they are maybe available only on request. The staff is friendly, especially that girl who kind of manages the place. She actually helped me get to places. I was totally new to Boston. One more thing, the wifi at this hostel sucks!!
