Failte Farmhouse is a family run Bed and Breakfast nestled between the mountains and the sea on a 140 acre sheep farm. We are the only Bed and Breakfast adjacent to The Kerry Way in the Foilmore/Caherciveen area.
As we are situated half way on The Kerry Way walking route we are ideally situated for your extra stay in the area where you can visit Skellig Michael, Valentia Island, Caherciveen and its surrounds, which include Ring Forts and many sandy beaches.
Our guest bedrooms, which enjoy views of the Kerry Way and Knockavahaun Peak, are tastefully furnished and feature ensuite bathrooms and hairdryers. Other amenities at Failte Farmhouse include a well-appointed guest lounge with tea/coffee making facilities and mature gardens with seating area. Internet access is available in our home.
A hearty breakfast is served up each morning in our breakfast room, starting with continental items such as juice, fresh fruit, freshly baked bread & scones, cereals and yoghurt, and moving on to a choice of cooked breakfasts, from Scrambled egg with Smoked Salmon or French Toast to the traditional Irish breakfast.
Visitors are welcome to relax and explore the farm and admire the animals. We are happy to give time to our visitors to advise and guide them to local attractions so that they may have a memorable stay in the area. Failte Farmhouse is an ideal base for touring the Ring of Kerry, visiting the Skellig Rock and exploring the many local historical and archaeological sites.
