FWD House Hostel: Since 2012
FWD was the short word of 'Forward' and meaning is 'next step'. We had own concept to make the different for bed and room design. We ran a hostel by the owner family that made it to be as a home. We started the sample 10 beds in mixed dorm that was middle class between simple dorm and private room.

Our hostel were non-smoking accommodation and allocated the spaces within the building by separating the bedroom, shower room, toilet, and common room on the same floor. We provided a smoking area and community(party) area at downstairs terrace.

Each guest can get own privacy from a private box-style bed with personal plug&light and locker with personal padlock. We provided the bedroom with air conditioning that run at night, warm shower and Free Hi-speed Wi-Fi internet. We also provided bedroom slippers, towel, shower gel, hair shampoo, and toilet paper.

Our hostel are a quiet hostel to be located in the famous place for travelers and the real center of the old Chiang Mai city, just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the main temples, the main strip of restaurants, bars, cafes, local market, massage spa, 7-11, cash machine, exchange money, bank, pharmacy and specially very close to walk to the Saturday and Sunday night market of Chiang Mai.

Our staffs are welcoming, friendly, and can cater to your personal needs.

Our services are good and budget for accommodation, tour desk, laundry, motorbike rental, and shuttles.

On the morning, we serve Western and Thai breakfast, as well as juices, coffee, tea and milk. It's Free who join to any tours or activities with us.

Our policies:
-Follow our rules.
-Online bookings must be made a day before arrival in order to ensure a bed.
-Minimum 2 night stays and Maximum 7 night stays.
-Cancellations must be made 3 days before arranged check-in date (For any cancellations are nonrefundable for 10%deposit and all payments).
-Office hour: 8.30-20.00 on Monday to Friday; 9.30-20.00 on Weekend and Holidays

1)who check-in before 12.00 or after 17.00, please send email to confirm your arrival before arranged check-in date.
2)who do not confirm and not check-in within 17.00, we will automatically cancel your reservation on that date.
