It seemed odd that there was no access to a member of staff after 6pm. A lady came in who really needed a bed but no-one could be located to sort one for her. Surely you miss out on business by closing at 6? She was in her 50s or 60s and needed a bed because her daughter was not at home. Carol, from England ~ 4th Dec 2009
