We are only 3 miles north of Cozumel and just a few steps from turquoise water and white sand beaches (Note: there are no beaches in DownTown Cozumel, you must travel. Look at the maps.); our secure, clean (see our ratings) and affordable property has European quality with Mexican ambience.

All the rooms comes with clean linens, sheets, pillow, soap, hot water, ceiling fans throughout and fully insect screened.

The Beachouse has a Share Kitchen you can cook your own food, the next Shopping Center is in the downtown. Also we provide a excellent food delivery service for a good price, if you don't wanna cook. The next Restaurants are on the Beach, it is a 7-10 min walk.

We give you for free coffee in the mornings, free purified water, Web access, WIFI, for a good price laundry-service, free beach towels and free island map.

If you get bored of snorkeling, birdwatching, sun baking or taking your moped/car around this beautiful island, then just lay in one of the hammocks by the pool in our private garden.

We accept credit cards. No American Express. There is also a ATM-Machine next to the Beachouse.


Cozumel can be reached by direct flights from many US airports, or a flight to Cancun and a 2 hour bus/taxi and ferry transfer.

Bookings more than 5 nights we have to charge a deposit of 2 nights.

When booking Christmas or New Year breaks (15.12.- 5.1.) a deposit of 1 night and more than 4 nights bookings, 2 nights are required at the time of booking

The Beachouse Hostel Cozumel has 4 big rooms and room for 12 people.

All the rooms come with clean linens, sheets, pillows, soap, hot water, ceiling fans throughout the house and is fully insect screened.

Directions

Just outside of downtown Cozumel, near the beaches.

A 5-10 minute Taxi / scooter ride from Downtown, the Airport or the passenger ferry terminal.

The Beachouse is located within the Country Club Estates, a very safe, neighborhood next to the Nicklaus-designed PGA golf course.

Follow the North road past all Hotels and turn left before the Golf Club. If you reach the Golf Club make a U turn and take the first right.

Cozumel has a very good taxi-service. Prices one way between 80 - 100 Pesos.
