A cozy, fully furnished haven in the heart of Dallas, the Abby Guest House is conveniently located in the popular M Streets - within walking distance to the nightlife, shops, and restaurants on Greenville Ave, Knox Henderson, Mockingbird Station and Uptown. The cool part of Dallas to be in!

DART, the public transportation system in Dallas, is within walking distance. There is a bus stop on the corner of the block. The guest house is a great getaway for a single traveler or a couple who wants to walk to the Dallas nightlife from a quiet residential setting.

There is a private entrance from the front of the main house to the guest house in the backyard, via a private security gate.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and eating and includes stove top, microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator.

The bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed and includes linens. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. The television in the bedroom includes a library of DVD's and VHS tapes.

There is a queen size pull out couch in the living room. Premium Cable TV includes extended channels including premium movie and music channels. There is WIFI internet connection and a printer available as well as books, magazines, board games, maps, guidebooks, and menus of favorite restaurants.

The guest house includes a large bathroom (shower only) and private toilet area. Extra towels and many toiletries are provided, including a hair dryer and curling irons. An iron and ironing board as well as a dryer rack are available as well.

Parking is free and readily available on the street in front of the house.

The best feature is a wonderful friendly old Great Dane named Hamish who’s happy to say Howdy.

Dallas is a great place to visit! Spring and fall the weather can be very mild. Summers can be very hot. The temperature in the guest house is personally controlled with AC units, fans and space heaters. The guest house is green and guests are asked to preserve electricity and turn them off when not in use.

The guest house is about a 20 minute drive to the new Cowboys stadium in Arlington. It is also close to downtown, Fair Park and the Convention Center.

The guest house is comfortable for one or two people to stay in the bedroom where there is a queen bed. There is also a queen size pull out sofa in the living room that can accommodate 1 or 2 more people for an additional fee.

Please keep in mind the owners work full time jobs and may not be home to personally escort you in but they will leave a way for you to check yourselves in. If you require assistance let them know in advance.
