America del Sur Hostel in El Calafate, Argentinien

I had a great time in this hostel. The staff helped me book all tours and transportation and just billed them to my room, I really appreciated that!. There is a surcharge for using a credit card to pay the bill. The distance to town is not too bad, 10 min max walking, most of the path is well illuminated, but I will still be careful to go back walking from town to the hostel late at night. This is what a hostel should be. Best staff I\'ve ever run across, at any hostel worldwide.They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of, and that you get everything you need, whether it\'s good food, excursions, or transportation. The vibe here is great, the rooms clean and comfortable. The only negative about this place is that it\'s a 10 minute walk to town, but for everything else it offers, I\'d gladly take that walk everyday.
