New Ostel is a friendly hostel in the historical
centre of Florence, 200m from the Santa Maria Novella train
station and the Basso Fortress.
The house is thought as a place where people can share
the emotions that this incredible city offers.
The hall is for the clients to have a drink or watch
tv.
At the groundfloor there is a nice spaceful patio
and at the first floor a solarium with umbrellas:
ideal to relax or to enjoy a nice drink.
Each room has a private bathroom, free WiFi and equipped with air conditioning with extra charge.
At New Hostel it is possible to rent bikes for very convenient
prices. If guest come with their own bikes, they can be parked in the courtyard of the hostel for maximun security.

According to the City Council resolution n. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, from July First the City of Florence will intriduce the tourism tax , applied to no-resident overnight staying, for maximum of 10 consecutive nights
The tourism tax rate 1.00 euro for night and is not applied to: 1)children; 2) people who provide assistance to patients in hospital, max one each patient; 3)people /family, who provide assistance to enderage patients in hospital, max two each patient
