The room and the bathroom were always freezing cold, though I asked the staff to turn on the heaters. Then when I came back one evening at 1 a.m. a group of noisy people (I suppose homeless) was waiting in front of the door and came in with me and used the bathrooms and rooms of the hostel. They could have stolen anything they wanted. The reception is in another building, so there was no security at all. Alessio, from Italy ~ 16th Nov 2011
