The staff didn\'t find my booking, but the problem was solved quickly. I didn\'t like the many bad rules and restrictions applied. The bedroom was extremely small. Heating should be set higher. No stairs to get to the upper bed.
One-night-bookings are not possible in my Hostel, must be a mistake, but I gave to this traveller a bed in my best 4-bed-room, because he wanted to hear a classic concert in Hannover. The rules are needed because of the difference to the marketing of other Party-Hostels. I made a fault to make an exception for Alessio.
