Our wonderful hostel is conveniently located within one mile of Hilo International Airport, a ½-mile from Hilo Farmer’s Market, picturesque Old Town Hilo and Hilo’s main bus terminal. We’re within a few blocks of Coconut Island, the Japanese Botanical Gardens and the beautiful Banyan Drive.
We offer private, semi-private (shared bath) and dormitory rooms with clean bed linen.
Our guests enjoy the large community kitchen which allows them to cook their own healthy foods.
You will be able to meet and visit with travellers from around the world in our game room. There’s a fourteen-stool BYOB Tiki bar, pool table, cable TV/DVD player, board games, movies and an outdoor BBQ area.
We’re proud to offer free airport pickup – just call us when you arrive at the airport! There’s also a free shuttle to downtown, the beach and the supermarket.

I would recommend the place because it is right on Kanaelehua Ave (Hwy 11) which has the big malls with all the stores you would need (and the movie theater, etc.), and Kamehameha Ave which goes right into Hilo along Hilo Bay. I had a single, private room, and it was great for $30 a night. It had a mini fridge, T.V., comfortable bed. Scott, from USA ~ 27th Jan 2013

Worst Hostel ever. No breakfast as written, they charged me the transport from the Airport. ( because i arrived at 9,20pm..) and lots of other stuff.It is also very dirty. Anthony, from France ~ 5th Feb 2013
