Desert Nights is a hostel located in the oasis desert town of Huacachina right on the main boulevard, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lagoon and dunes in the backdrop.
We offer all dorm-style lodging with very clean rooms and bathrooms.
It is a very simple hostel with a familiar atmosphere and friendly staff. Management speaks English.
Please be aware that taxi drivers will try to take you elsewhere for commissions, we do not give commissions to taxi drivers. You can walk here from the entrance to Huacachina it is 1 block. Late comers should ring the doorbell inside the terrace.

Extremely cheap, but it doesn't show. Nice rooms, nice bar/restaurant, excellent location, clean, good lockers for valuables... The only minus side is the bathrooms, which are shared with the bar so going to take a shower (not stalls, just curtains) while the party goers come and go is a bit weird. This place is ok for being cheap, just don't expect a lot. No bag lockers in rooms, just tiny lockers for a few things. Staff was nice and helpful if needed. It is part of a restaurant and the set up is a bit weird, as the bathroom is shared, and not particularly clean or working so well, but was alright. The room was a bit dirty and drab, the bunk beds are cheap, but sheets seemed clean at least. The internet sort of worked, they have old computers and broken keyboards.
