Istanbul Hostel is located in a safe, semi-residential area in the heart of Old Istanbul, Sultanahmet- the main historic hub, only minutes away from the Blue Mosque and Turkish Baths and many other attractions. We have a wonderful relaxed atmosphere where you can meet people from all over the world and make new friends.
We have dorm rooms that can sleep four or more guests on comfortable, extra long single mattresses. Our double rooms are neat and clean with extra large king-sized mattresses. The bathrooms are located outside the rooms and are continuously maintained. All our rooms are non-smoking and have central heating.
We offer a bar and cafe, with garden seating and a sidewalk cafe out front; all serving drinks, breakfast, traditional Turkish kebabs and casseroles, pizza, hotdog, and hamburgers.
Our guests can enjoy magnificent views of the Marmara Sea and historic Istanbul from the rooftop terrace while dining on freshly barbequed chicken, meat, fish and/or great salads. It is a great place to catch up with other guests or start a great night in Istanbul over a beer or Raki.
In the Buzz Bar downstairs, we organise belly dancing shows and it really comes alive in the evening with great music and dancing until closing time.
For those who want to keep in touch or have a quiet night, we offer satellite TV and daily showings of the latest movies on our 61-inch television with stereo surround sound system and movie-theatre quality.
