Offering a personal touch D'Lux Kiev Hostel offers relaxing and friendly guest-house accommodation in the old historical part of Kiev. We are ideally located close to the Golden Gates, Sofiivs'ka Sq, main Independence Sq, Opera House, Pejzazhna alley and many national parks, on the 10 Observatorna str, 6th floor, apt 6 (the door code is 1010). The enjoyable leisure is just 3 min from us on the Lvivs'ka Sq, you just have to choose between cafes, restaurants or bars where you can meet locals and make some new friends! Our friendly staff's familiarity with the city and Ukraine (including such cities as Lviv, Odessa, Doneck, ext.) will help you to find activities suited to your tastes and interests, as well as hidden treasures off the beaten path.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our cancellation policy for individuals demands 48h advance notice, charging 100% of the first night of your stay in case of no show or later notice.
Our cancellation policy for groups demands 5 days advance notice, charging 50% of the entire stay in case of no show or later notice.
Conditions for EURO-2012 from 05.06 to 03.07 2012:
1. The remaining balance (min the 1st night of stay) should be transfered to hostel by paying with c/c or via Western Union not less than 45 days prior to arrival date. After that the hostel sends the confirmation letter.
2. The hostel will contact via e-mail every guest who makes a reservation for that period.
3. In case of cancellation of reservation less than 45 days before arrival date or no-show the penalty fee is full amount of stay.
