Welcome to Heynow Hostel!
Our hostel is a place, where history meets modernity. Feel the atmosphere of Krakow in a comfortable, cosy and quiet place, situated in a newly restored medieval building. You will find us on Florianska - the main street of Kraków, a few steps (about 20, to be more specific) from the heart of the city - The Main Market Square.
Tired? You can rest in our common room. Watch TV, check your e-mail (either on our NetPC, or via wireless connection), or simply relax on one of our comfy sofas and share your experiences with other guests.
Hungry? Fully equipped kitchen and dining room with free coffee and tea is at your disposal. So you made a delicious meal, but have no one to share it with? Talk to our staff, after all, they are here for you.
Private Rooms:
* Twin bed private rooms, with either two single beds (standard) or one bunk bed (basic),
* Triple private rooms, with three single beds.
Dorm Rooms:
* 4-beds, with two bunk beds,
* 6-beds, with three bunk beds.
There are 36 sleeping places, with shared bathrooms for all rooms (approximately 7 people per bathroom).
We provide bed sheets and linen, lockers in every room (do not forget your padlock).

Arrived early? No worries, you can leave your luggage in our free storage and enjoy the city, while we make your room ready.
Cash payment on arrival only.
We have a 48 hours cancellation policy - late cancellations and no shows will be charged for the first night!
Stag party groups are not accepted. Group bookings are not available.
Hostel has a no smoking policy (outdoor smoking area). Alcohol overuse will not be tolerated.
