Gojo Guesthouse - Annex in Kyoto, Japan

The Annex was opened as an offshoot to the popular Gojo Guest House in Kyoto. Housed in a traditional building similar to that of the first property, the Annex offers both western- and Japanese-style accommodation. We have single, twin and family rooms, all with air conditioning.

Located in a historic traditional neighbourhood near the famous geisha quarters of Gion, we are right on the doorstep of Kyoto's main cultural and entertainment areas. Major attractions nearby include Kiyomizu temple and Yasaka shrine.

Our comprehensive facilities include free internet, bicycle rental, laundry (with free detergent), guest kitchen, lockers and more. We have a large tatami common area and a rooftop deck with excellent views of the surrounding area including Kyoto Tower and the local Gion neighbourhood.

Reception is closed between 1 and 3pm. During this time, luggage storage is only available at the Gojo guest House main building, a 10-minute walk away.
