The staff at the reception was quite arrogant. They had our name on their list but at first they did not have a room for us and they didn´t accept the contract with hostel.com. So we had to pay more! For the first night they put us in a really bad room and we had to change the next morning. In the second room the toilet was leaking from the beginning and they didn´t do anything about it although they told they would. Water was sometimes hot.
