It was good for the price we paid. However, the private room was inside a dorm and the mattress had a plastic cover. The staff was ok and the helped with our questions. The hostel is not on the strip but is very close to Stratosphere Hotel, which is at the beginning of the strip. You can easily walk there or take the bus one block from the hostel.
