It was not very practical not to know the hours where staff may be reached. I came to Ljubljana for a congress and the last day I wanted to leave my bagagges on the reception (or whereaver) but at 9h00 a.m, there was nobody so I left my roomkey on the reception desk and I had to take all my baggages with me during all day...
