Please Note:
• Check-in time is 2 pm (we can hold on to your luggage until then for free)
• Check-out is at 11 am (breakfast from 7.30 am to 10 am)
• We require a photo ID at check-in
• Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult of the same gender otherwise are not permitted to stay at Palmers Lodge Swiss Cottage
• Wheelchair accessibility is available, however it is limited in rooms. Please check availability with reception by email
• Towels can be hired from reception for just £1.50

Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (over 18) who is staying in the same dorm/room. Please note that under 16's not being able to share a private room.
