They have troubles with the overbooking management, because I rented two beds in a four bedded room, and they had rented 5 beds in that room, so I was awaken in the middle of the night by the person who was supposed to sleep in my bed. It was a little annoying because it gives you a feeling of uncertainty, as I made a second booking for one person the next night, and I was afraid he would have any problem. But the staff was nice and helpful maria fernanda, from Spain ~ 8th Aug 2011
