we booked a twin room online and when we get there we got a really old funished small room with two bunk beds on the fourth floor, there is nothing in the room but a small table. The shared barth room for this type of room is terribly old and unfurnished. I wonder whoever will use it actually. We have to negotiat with the staff and changed to another twin room on the 2nd floor. Howevr, we have to pay full price and the staff don\'t acknowlege the deposite that we have payed online.
