It´s a new building totally prepared for the international and modern traveler
The Hostel is conceived with the experience of more than 120 cities visited across more than 20 countries as backpacker like you.
We are located few steps of the beach and 5th Avenue
From cancun´s airport:
1. Take the bus ADO Riviera to Playa del Carmen. ($10 us & 45 mins. aprox.)
2. You will arrive to touristic bus station on the 5th. avenue.
From Cancun and Tulum´s bus station:
1. Take any bus ADO or Mayab to Playa del Carmen. ($4 us & 1h15m aprox.)
2. You will arrive to touristic bus station on the 5th. avenue.
3.a. You can take a taxi outside of bus station to the Hostel Vive la Vida.
(2nd street, between 25th & 30th avenues; center.) ($2 ~ 3 us aprox.)
b. - You can walk from touristic bus station to the Hostel Vive la Vida.
(once outside of the bus station face to the 5th avenue walk towards the left 1 block up the 2nd street.)
- turn left on 2 nd street and walk straight across 4 streets [10 th, 15 th, 20 th and 25 th avenues] (5 ~ 10 mins. aprox.)
- after passing the 25 th avenue, walk 10 meters more and you will find the hostel vive la vida.)
By VAN and Colective Taxi from Cancun and Tulum:
1.a. Take the PlayaExpress van in front of Cancun´s bus station to Playa del Carmen ($3 us & 1h00m aprox.)
B. Otherwise, take the colective taxi in front of Cancun and Tulum´s bus station to Playa del Carmen. ($3 us & 1h00m aprox.)
2. Get off at the corner of 30th Avenue and Benito Juarez Avenue.
3. walk from the corner of 30th Avenue and Benito Juarez Avenue until the Hostel Vive la Vida.
a. Once on the 30th Avenue walk towards the left one block up the 2nd street.
b. On 2nd street turn right and move 10 meters till the Hostel Vive la Vida. (2 ~ 4 mins. aprox.)
From Cozumel´s Ferry:
1. Take any Ferry from Mexico Waterjets and Ultramar to Playa del Carmen. ($14 us & 40 mins. aprox.)
2. You will arrive to Muelle Fiscal 1 block from 5th. Avenue.
3.a. - You can walk from Muelle Fiscal until Hostel Vive la Vida. (Departing from Muelle Fiscal walks 1 block until the 5th. Avenue.
- Turn right on the 5th. Avenue and walk straight across 3 streets. [1st street, Av. Benito Juarez and 2nd street] until the 2nd street
- Turn left on the 2nd street and walk straight across 4 streets [10th, 15th, 20th and 25th Avenues] (8 ~ 13 mins. aprox.)
- Once passing the 25th Avenue, walk 10 meters more and you will find Hostel Vive la Vida.)
b. - Otherwise you can walk from the Muelle Fiscal until the bus station and then take a taxi to the Hostel Vive la Vida. (Departing from Muelle Fiscal walks 1 block until the 5th. Avenue.
- Turn right on the 5th. Avenue and walk straight across 2 streets. [1st street and Benito Juarez Avenue] until Benito Juarez Avenue.
- You can take a taxi outside of bus station to the Hostel Vive la Vida.
