Karioi Lodge sleeps up to 75 people and is set on a 110 acre nature reserve in Whale Bay. We have cozy 4 bed dorms and private double rooms plus there are 9 powered campervan sites set amongst pristine native bush
Double/Twin/Family Rooms: 5 private rooms which sleep up to 4 people with one double bed and one set of bunks.
Heaters, fresh clean linen, pillows & blankets are supplied in all of the rooms, which are set amongst the bush. Some have sea views from sunny decks, many have beautiful bush and mountain views. All rooms are in close proximity to bathroom & kitchen facilities.
FREE PICK UPS & DROP OFFS FROM RAGLAN TOWNSHIP are available for anyone coming to stay.
KITCHENS: There are two kitchens that are fully equipped with microwaves, ovens, large fridges, pots, pans and other cooking, eating & cleaning utensils. Enjoy cooking in our large kitchen next to the main lounge.
BATHROOMS: Gas hot water showers & toilets
SAUNA: Enjoy a steamy sauna every night for FREE!!!!!!!!!
Our office is open from 9-3 during the winter and 8-7 during the summer. During the summer our accommodation books up fast, so please book in advance. We are also the home of Raglan Surfing School and offer daily surf lessons and equipment hire.
