It would have been great if I had received the chance to stay here after paying the deposit. Then to be told the room we booked was unbookable and in the present state was frozen! We went in peak season! Then the option they gave my friend and I (2 adults) was tiny single room you couldnt swing a cat in! The service was shocking. Rebecca, from England ~ 4th Jan 2010
