Serviced apartments that are less expensive than most hotel rooms and are geared toward priced concise international traveler, who desires the ability to cook, have the extra spaces and living an apartment lifestyle while traveling internationally.

We are a practical economical reasonably priced alternative to an expensive villa, a smaller and limited use hotel room, guest friendly providing the freedom that lacks at the all inclusive resort.

A secure and clean enclosed, appendix in the heart of Sosua.

Only few minutes walk to a newly formed beach and only 5 minute walk to the main Sosua Bay Beach. We are the last and seventh of 6 other properties located on a private Cul-de-Sac, its like absolute peace in the city center and only up hill one small city block to all of the action of Sosua. A car rental is not required, however as we are happy to supply the budget traveler a discounted car rental.

Everything is within walking distance; The bank, Discos, Bar, Food, Drinks and Shops are all right there!

Perla de Sosua consist of Studios, 1 Bedrooms and 2 Bedrooms Apartments. Most with cooking facilities or kitchens, Some with full sized living rooms and separate dining rooms and all air conditioned bedrooms, safes, ceiling fans. Linen, and cleaning services provided, pool and community terrace on premises.


Check out: Check out time is 11:00am on your date of departure. There is an extra charge for late check out and prior approval is required

Please leave all keys, remote controls, and parking keys with the management. A $50 hour fee will be charged for each hour (or portion thereof) past the required check out time. A $50 per item fee will be charged for each lost key

Continue EAST on Highway 5 pass the POP (Puerto Plata) airport for another 5 minutes and you will enter the first community in Sosua, called Los Charamicos. Bypass the Los Charamicos community continuing onward to the Sosua community of El Batey. Once in the El Batey community of Sosua, you will bypass the big supermarket (The Playero) on your right, the police station also on your right, just pass the gas station and small Metro Bus Station on your left... turn left at the light onto a street called Dr. Rosen, continue on Dr. Rosen, bypassing a street by the name of Pedro Clisante. Once you get to Alejo Martinez street take a left, you will bypass Claro offices on your left, stay to your right and look for the Banco Popular (Popular Bank) and next to the bank (on the left hand side facing the bank) is a very small unnamed cul-de-sac, Turn right entering the cul-de-sac and take it behind the bank, down the hill to the 7th and last property, which is Perla de Sosua.
