IF Cancelled more than 48hrs ahead of the arrival date shall attract a 20% booking fee. The full charge of total booking value will be charged if cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of check in time. All cancellation must be in writing. If you’re dissatisfied with the accommodation r check out early we are unable to refund you any amount or credit you for another time.
