We are NOT a 24-hour Reception

Check-in Time: 14:30 - 21:00 hrs.
- Reservation will be cancelled after 21:00 hrs if you arrive late without notifying us in advance.
- Please advise by e-mail (or phone call) in advance if you want to arrive earlier/later or would like to change/cancel your booking.

Check-out Time: 11:00 hrs.
- If you require a late check-out, please advise Reception when at check-in. (A late check-out fee applies.)
- Free storage after check-out is available.

One day notice is required for changes to check-in dates. Failure to notify within this time may result in a cancellation.

'AT home' is conveniently located in the most popular night market area, between the famous scenic spot 'An-ping' and the downtown area of Tainan.

1. All arrivals will need to provide arrival time in advance. (NO check-in after 22:00 hrs.) 2. Pay 100% charges for your stay when checking-in. 3. The NT$500 deposit (refundable) for keys and damages is required when checking-in. It is refundable when checking-out. 4. Credit card is NOT accepted. 5. Valid photo ID is required when at check in. 6. Guests are responsible for the damages or loss of hostel's property. 7. Keep the room as the original condition. 8. Non-smoking rule applies.
