Didn\'t appreciate having to climb up to an upper bunk bed (although I had been allocated a lower bunk, someone in the room had asked to change to it from an upper bunk and had been told they could). Friendly, helpful staff. Cleaning staff were thorough and well chosen to do their work with a smile. TV often loud and in close proximity to eating area Breakfast poor - just bread to toast with spreads and instant hot tea/coffee.No fresh milk and insufficient mugs/glasses to go round.
