New Oasis Backpackers House 2009, is located in the hill Cerro Esperanza and at a few meters from Plaza Esperanza and the border between Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. Just at 7 blocks is Caleta Portales, a fishermen´s cove where you will find seafood restaurants, and a metro station. Public Transport takes in 10 minutes to downtown Valparaíso and Viña del Mar during 24 hours a day.
