Starting from the 24thof august 2011 the municipality of venice has established the tourist tax with city council resolution no.83 of the 23-24 june 2011.
The tax is applied to the overnight stays of non-residents in the municipality of venice for a maximun of 5 consecutive nights.
For this accomodation the tax amounts to euros 3,00 per person per night.
The b&b ca dor is a familiar b&b, situated in the venice's heart.
The location is the sestriere of cannaregio, in the famous campo santi apostoli, a splendid and central area of venice: 2 minutes from rialto bridge and 10 minutes from san marco square.

The position is perfect and allows to reach to walk,in short time,important and beautiful tourist attractions:ca' d'oro,lista di spagna,campo san bartolomeo,il ponte di rialto,il teatro malibran,la fenice,and the famous area for the shopping called 'mercerie'.
The rooms furnished in venetian style.

You must arrive in a square called campo santi apoatoli,between rialto and the cà d'oro:there is a church and behind the church in 'campo drio la chiesa',you'll find calle del manganer.
From piazzale roma or from santa lucia train staion:
- public boat (vaporetto) line n° 1, stop at cà d'oro,and fon the mean street,you turn on the right till santi apostoli square (campo);
- to walk ,you across the red bridge of calatrava,and you walk long the mean street lista di spagna,straight on campo ss.apostoli for 15/20 minutes about.

From marco polo airport:
Bus atvo or line n°5 for piazzale roma (bus terminal).

From treviso airport:
Bus atvo for piazzale roma.
