How to find us?
From the main railway Station Keleti Plyaudvar
/Eastern Railway Station/
take the red metro line in the direction of Dli Plyaudvar and get off at the second stop called Astria. Take the exit to Mzeum krt, on the left, and walk along Mzeum krt on the side of East-West Business Center. Then go past National Museum (it's on your left) and turn left at the corner right after the bank called OTP (it's in a new building). It is Baross utca. Then, after a few buildings keep on walking on the left, along Reviczky utca. At the end of Revicky utca you will find Mikszth tr and at the back of it, opposite you, there is a big redbrick building. This is Mikszth Klmn tr No. 4, where you will find Budapest Civil Hostel. Please press the bell (number 3) continuously and we will open the gate and welcome you on the first floor, second door to the right.
From Nyugati Plyaudvar (Western Reailway Station)
Take the blue metro (subway) line to Kbnya-Kispest and get off at the 4th stop Klvin tr and take the left exit Baross utca, then follow the instructions as above.
From the International Bus Terminal 'Npliget'
Take the blue metro line (No.3) in direction of jpest-Kzpont and get off at the 4th stop Klvin tr. Then follow the instructions as indicated above.
Note: The METRO service runs from 4.30 - to 23.10 hours every day.
By Airport Minibus: You can take the Airport Minibus -which is cheaper than a taxi if you are alone. The fee is 3.000 Forint per passenger.
WARNING! In Budapest you need to punch a new ticket every time you change metro lines, buses or trams, so risk of getting a fine. On the lines M2 and M3 the ticket is valid half hour if you travel in the same direction. On the M1 line the ticket is valid 30 minutes. A ticket cost 320,- Forint (approx. 1.20 euros).

If you`re arriving by car, by train, by airplane, - or got to
Klvin tr / Klvin square/ by the blue metro line- please be prepared to meet some hustlers . They work for a few big hostels; usually they assure you, that small properties like ours are very bad, or do not even exist.
